Cancellation Policy

At our salon, we believe in mutual respect and understanding between our clients and staff. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following appointment policy: Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance ⏰. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time 📅. Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that if cancellations or rescheduling are not made within the specified time frames, the advance payment will not be refunded 💸.
